Harley A. Stenzel
Harley Stenzel graduated in 1997. His thesis topic was "Bottleneck
Management: A New Approach to Bandwidth Management". He's now
at IBM where he's worked on DHCP and DDNS servers, and firewalls. He's
now working on the load balancing component for WebSphere Application
Server, where he gets to play in the kernels of several OSs including
s390 and PPC Linux and HP-UX.
